With a deep-rooted passion for helping others navigate life's complexities, Thomas has become a beacon of hope and guidance for many seeking clarity and support.

Born with an innate desire to explore the depths of human experience, Thomas pursued his educational journey with fervor and dedication. He achieved a significant milestone in 2024, earning a Doctorate in Theology, with a focus on Spiritual Direction, from Capstone University in University Place, Washington. Thomas's educational foundation was further enriched by a Master's of Art in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola University, Columbia, Maryland, in 2009, where he was honored with membership in the Alpha Sigma Nu, Loyola University Scholar Society. His pursuit of holistic well-being led him to Clayton College of Natural Health, Birmingham, Alabama, where he earned a Master’s of Science in Natural Health the same year. Recognized as a Registered Herbalist by the American Herbalist Guild in 2006, Thomas has consistently demonstrated his dedication to integrating natural health practices into his counseling.

Specializing in trauma, sexual identity, intimacy, relationships, LGBTQIA+ issues, and life transitions, Thomas has established a practice that is inclusive and transformative. His contributions to mental health extend beyond counseling, as he oversees a clinical associate program, facilitates a mentoring program for professionals, and provides supervision to Licensed Graduate Professional Counselors.

Before dedicating himself entirely to counseling and ministry, Thomas made significant contributions to the field of virology as a Senior Virology Associate at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. His work in vaccine development for diseases such as Dengue and HIV underscores his broad scientific expertise and his commitment to global health.

Thomas's spiritual journey has also been marked by his ordination within The Free Anglican Mission Society, where he has taken on roles of increasing responsibility, culminating in his consecration as a Bishop and appointment as the Presiding Bishop of The Free Anglican Mission Society. This spiritual leadership complements his counseling work, allowing him to offer guidance that is both psychologically insightful and spiritually profound.

His dedication to his field is further evidenced by his licensure and certifications, including his recent certifications as an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and Integrative Sex Therapy Institute or ISTI Certified Sex and Couples Therapist.
